Hi, I’m Aditya Soni! As a passionate fitness enthusiast, my fitness journey began in 2019 with home workouts. With just bodyweight exercises and simple homemade meals, I was able to build 1-2 kg of lean muscle mass while learning the fundamentals of strength and endurance—all without complicated diets or fancy equipment.

Over time, my interest in fitness grew, and I became more curious about progressive training methods and nutritional strategies. After COVID, I transitioned to gym training, where I focused on muscle growth, fat loss, and structured strength training. I also began experimenting with different weight training techniques and meal planning strategies to better understand how to maximize muscle gain and achieve sustainable fat loss.
